Two Promoted to Vice President

Recently two ACSG Associates were promoted to Vice President. They are Mr. William (Bill) Connor, A.A.E, and Mr. Les Conway, P.E.

Mr. Connor joined ACSG in January, 1991. He has approximately 35 years of varied aviation management experience including 13 years in airport management; as Director of Aviation at Capital Airport, Springfield, IL, as Airport Manager at Clinton County Airport, Plattsburgh, NY, and as Assistant Airport Manager at Bradley International Airport. Since joining ACSG, Connor has managed projects such as the FAR Part 150 Implementation program for Colorado Springs, master plans and FAR Part 150 studies at Rochester and Duluth, Minnesota, and LOI Applications for Baton Rouge, LA and Springfield, MO. Overall he has managed over 50 projects for the firm. Connor resides with his wife Terry in Colorado Springs, CO. His email address is wconnor@ACSGconsult.com.

Mr. Conway accepted a position with ACSG in 1998. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. Prior to joining the firm, Conway was a staff engineer with Huntingdon in geotechnical, construction materials and environmental services in addition to holding the position of branch manager with that firm.

From 1994 through 1998, Conway held a position with an environmental engineering and construction company. He expanded this firm's services to include nationwide government contracts, which he managed, including construction, demolition and environmental programs for the United States Navy and Air Force at Barksdale Air Force Base and New Orleans Naval Air Station, for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources in Beloit, for the Minnesota Air National Guard, and a state wide project for the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.
